Marie-Ève Arbour is a full professor at the Faculty of Law, where she teaches consumer law and legal methodology, including comparative law. She holds a certification from the Italian universities where she worked between 2006 and 2010 (Università del Salento).

She was a visiting scholar at Fordham Law School in New York in 2012 and Washington & Lee University School of Law in Virginia in 2014. Her research focuses on civil liability, product safety, and the legal identity of Québec.
